Events for November

Your Passport... to Californian Wine!
The Ventura County Winery Association, which is composed of the six "urban" wineries listed below, is hosting a month-long "Harvest Passport" event for November:
Bella Victorian Vineyard & Winery
Cantara Cellars
Four Brix Winery
Herzog Wine Cellars
Magnavino Cellars
Old Creek Ranch Winery
For just $35, guests can receive a tasting flight of five wines at each of the six member wineries. Guests will also receive a 10% discount off of any wine they purchase during their visits. The passport is valid for the entire month of November, so this is good for those who want to enjoy their wine (and the beautiful Ventura countryside) at a leisurely pace.
You can purchase tickets online at VC Wines or directly from the individual wineries. Check out the link for more information!

Congratulations!
Thank you, Eric!
Nice work! Have thought about writing the CA bar for a while. How hard is it?
Thanks, Shea! And yes: the CA Bar is hard. Three days: the multi-state (multiple choice), six essays, and two performance exams. I very much thought I wasn’t going to pass! I’m not sure if you have to take the multi-state portion because you’re already a lawyer, but you still may hav to.
Hey Shea, here’s more information about foreign-barred attorneys taking the CA Bar Exam. Yeeps!
